Kelly Eckel

This is our local, county court  (1 open seat. 10-year term).  This is where divorce, child custody, child support cases are handled.  This is where most misdemeanor and all felony cases are resolved and where bigger civil cases originate.  It affects our lives every day.  Yet no Democrat has served on Delaware County’s Court of Common Pleas since the Civil War.  With good voter turnout on November 7th, we can end Republicans’ 150-year control of this crucial court.

Kelly Eckel has more than 20 years of litigation experience handling fraud, contract, and other business-related cases and is also an Arbitrator, presiding over pre-trial hearings and attempting to resolve disputes between parties before trial. Read more about Eckel
